Fail-safe plug-in/jaw coupling with flexible elements The elastic Pex couplings are claw couplings with elastic elements for the torsionally elastic connection of shafts. Very smooth running The flexible elements are characterized by wear resistance and ageing resistance as well as temperature resistance from -30 °C to +80 °C. The elasticity of the couplings effectively dampens shocks, torsional vibrations and noise. Alignment accuracy The flexible elements are designed to compensate for radial, axial and angular movements between the two coupling halves. The flexible Pex couplings are pluggable and do not place high demands on alignment accuracy. Pex couplings are used throughout the mechanical engineering industry, wherever a reliable shaft connection between the motor and driven machines is required.
