Description

Fail-safe plug-in/jaw coupling with flexible element (spider) The flexible Hadeflex® couplings are claw couplings with a flexible element for the torsionally flexible connection of shafts. Very smooth running The flexible elements of Hadeflex® couplings are characterized by wear resistance, resistance to oil, ozone and ageing as well as temperature resistance from -20 °C to +80 °C. The elasticity of the couplings effectively dampens shocks, torsional vibrations and noise. The elastic elements are designed to compensate for radial, axial and angular movements between the two coupling halves. The flexible Hadeflex® couplings are pluggable and do not place high demands on alignment accuracy. Hadeflex® couplings are used in all areas of mechanical engineering, wherever a reliable shaft connection between the engine and driven machinery is required. Flexible use The Hadeflex® type F coupling is manufactured in two- and three-piece versions. The two-part coupling (FW series) enables the installation of packages after axial displacement of the drive or driven machines. The three-part coupling (FNW series) allows packs to be installed without axial displacement of the driving or driven machine.
