The automatic height adjustment of the forks by a tension cylinder enables the big bag tensioning. This device ensures an optimal and stable filling. The inflating seal secures efficiently the filling head during the filling process and enables the treatment of large flow rates. The design office PALAMATIC PROCESS has developed a complete range of big bag (FIBC, super sack, jumbo bag, bulk bag) filling stations to meet the needs of different industries dealing with powder handling. The model FlowMatic®02 is the effective solution for flexible FIBC loading system of bulk materials. The bulk bag filler FlowMatic®02 model integrates a containment inflating seal and a hanging point adjustable in height via a controlled pneumatic cylinder. The whole structure is adjustable and enables to package bulk bags or octabins of different heights depending on the density of the products handled. The filling head is double envelope designed to ensure the balancing of volumes and thus avoid emanation of dust in the atmosphere. The tension actuator ensures tension during the filling phase and thus gives an optimum shape of the bulk bag. The bottom of the big bag remaining flat, handling is safe without risk of tipping.
