Complete containment and operator safety The big bag emptying station with a glove box allows operators to handle toxic products without being in contact with them. Thanks to the glove box, the operator can easily access to the knot to untight it and thus allow the emptying of the big bag. Rate from 10 bags/hour Capacity: 2 tons/bag Goals: Containment & flexibility for super sacks Two standard sizes available (short delivery time) ; passage width for big bags: 1,250 mm & 1,500 mm. This super sack unloader allows deconditioning big bags ergonomically. The positioning of the big bag on the structure is assured by your care with an electric hoist, a forklift, a low structure. A handling cross is provided by PALAMATIC PROCESS to ensure the handling of the big bags in a secured manner. The dust emissions are minimized by the introduction of effective containment devices (dustproof rubber seal, containment tube, nozzle for connection to dust collector). The product flow is optimized by the introduction of a vibrating plate (vibration motor) or a pneumatic massage system option.
