Description

Emptying big bag with telescopic connection tube The bulk bag dump station ensures complete sealing of big bags during the emptying process. Rate from 10 to 20 bags/hour Capacity: 2 tons/bag Goals: total containment & flexibility for big bags handling PALAMATIC PROCESS has developed standard fibc unloading units to meet the needs of powder handling industries charging their process with big bags. Two standard sizes available (short delivery time) ; passage width for super sack: 1,250mm & 1,500mm. This bulk bag dump station allows deconditioning big bags ergonomically using an electric hoist, a forklift or a low structure. The automatic bulk bag unloader station is adjustable in height thanks to a system of ducts and rods to fit to the different sizes of big bags. The dust emissions are minimized by the introduction of effective containment devices (dustrproof rubber seal, containment tube, nozzle for connection to dust collector). THe product flow is optimized by the introduction of a vibrating plate (vibration motor) or a pneumatic massage system option. The ergonomic height for access to big bag is 1,400 mm and the rate expected for connection to dust collection is 150 m³/hour*.
