Unloading of sacks and big bags on the same discharging unit Setting up of big bags on the deconditioning station via a forklift, an overhead crane and a handling cross. Mild steel, stainless steel 304 and 316 manufacturing PALAMATIC PROCESS developed standard FIBC unloading units to meet the needs of powder handling industries charging their process with big bags and sacks (25/50 kg) on the same discharging point. Two standard sizes available (short delivery time) ; passage width for big bags: 1,250 mm & 1,500 mm. This station allows deconditioning big bags and sacks ergonomically using a forklift and as specific handling cross. The dust emissions are minimized by the introduction of effective containment devices (dustproof rubber seal, containment tube, nozzle for connection to dust collector). The material flow is optimized by the introduction of a vibrating plate (vibration motor) or a pneumatic massage system option.
