Description

The OSP-L rodless actuator in bore sizes Ø25 to Ø40mm is a linear actuator, guidance and control package designed into a modular system. Ideally suited for point-to point, reciprocating and simple traverse / transfer applications. Product Overview The OSP-L with high tech polymer sealing band for ultra-low leakage is a completely modular designed rodless cylinder. It offers a most comprehensive range of guides with a very long lifetime. The OSP-L rodless actuator in bore sizes Ø25, Ø32, and Ø40mm is a combined linear actuator, guidance and control package with additional functions designed into modular system components. Integral dovetail mounting rails on 3 sides of the cylinder enable modular components such as linear guides, valves, magnetic switches etc. to be fitted to the cylinder itself solving many installation problems, especially where space is limited and forms an ideal basis for additional customer specific functions providing total installation flexibility. Optimised cylinder profile for maximum stiffness with minimum weight, corrosion resistant steel outer sealing band and robust wiper system on the carrier for use in aggressive environments. The high-tech polymer inner band provides optimum sealing and extremely low friction for high performance operation. OSP-L is available as standard temperature -20°C to +80°C with a low temperature -40°C option. Long lifetime and service intervals up to 7,000km provide a unit ideally suited for point-to point operations, reciprocating movements and simple traverse / transfer applications.
