Description
The BROWN SN 300 NEWTON IBP PEDRAZZOLI manual saw features cast-iron structural elements and a robust design that reduces resonance and vibrations during cutting. Two-speed three-phase drive (400 V – 50 Hz; other voltages available on request).

NEWTON DEVICE DESCRIPTION
M – Manual mode: Set the selector to M and turn the handwheel until the index aligns with 0 on the scale, tightening the balancing spring. Clamp the workpiece in the vice. Press start to perform the manual cutting cycle: the bow descends only while the start button is pressed. Adjust bow descent pressure with the flow regulator.

D – Dynamic mode: Set the selector to D and turn the handwheel until the index aligns with 40 on the scale, loosening the balancing spring. Adjust the end-of-cut limit switch. Clamp the workpiece, position the blade above it and press start. The bow descends by gravity; adjust descent pressure with the flow regulator. At the end of the cut the limit switch stops the motion. Raise the bow above the piece and replace the bar to be cut.
