If you have special workpieces with contours that are difficult to deburr with normal vibratory machines
If you have special workpieces with contours that are difficult to deburr with normal vibratory machines, the M-series multivibrators can be a solution.
The workpiece is fixed either with or without magnetic clamping on the base plate or directly on the main shaft in the vibrating bowl.
The process is carried out using either ceramic, plastic or porcelain, which is filled into the container.
The workpieces are then coated on the surfaces, with chips and media rotating around the workpieces.
The process is optimised to avoid impact marks on both small and large workpieces, while all surfaces are treated evenly at the same time.
The process itself is controlled via a touch panel, on which times, speeds, number of vibrators and chemistry are regulated.
The multivibrators are equipped with 3 vibration motors that run in unbalance. This allows the position and direction of rotation to be
varied, which also leads to an unbalanced rotation of the media around the workpieces.
After the surface treatment of your workpieces, the abrasive must be removed from the work bowl. This is done via the outlet located at the
bottom of the work bowl. The outlet is operated manually.
The vibratory polishing machine was developed for processing automotive and motorbike wheels with a diameter of up to 610 mm and is
ideal for grinding, smoothing and polishing processes.
