Overview
CNC machining center with 4 controlled axes, designed to perform milling, drilling, threading, cutting and end-milling operations on bars or workpieces made of aluminium, PVC, light alloys and steel.

Working versions and modes

• Three versions available: 4 m, 7 m, 9 m
• Two working modes: single working area or pendulum mode with two independent working areas

Spindle and kinematics
The electro spindle delivers 8.5 kW in S1 (10 kW optional) with an HSK-F63 tool cone. The spindle rotates continuously along the A-axis from 0° to 180°, enabling machining in any position within this range.

Tooling, magazine and clamps
The centre features a 10-position rotating tool magazine mounted on the carriage, compatible with standard milling cutters and disc milling cutters. Depending on the version, the machine can be equipped with 8 or 12 automatic clamps positioned along the X axis, operated automatically via a mobile carriage or independently with a dedicated axis (option). A 500 mm blade unit for 90° cutting is available as an option.
