Overview
CNC machining centre with 4 controlled axes, designed to perform milling, drilling, tapping and end milling operations on bars or workpieces made of aluminium, PVC, light alloys and steel up to 2 mm thickness. The machine adapts to specific production requirements to provide flexibility and efficient machining in profile processing.

Main features

• Two standard pneumatic zero stops define a standard working range of 3.2 m, with the possibility to double the working length.
• Electrospindle with 5 kW power (S1) and HSK-F50 tool holder enabling machining on the profile at any angle between 0° and 180°.
• Profile clamping by four space-saving clamps, allowing machining on three faces and loading of relatively short workpieces.
• Clamp support increased to 280 mm with special adjustable clamp pads to secure delicate or flexible profiles without damage.
• Arrangement along the X-axis with a mobile carriage: clamps are hooked and positioned with high precision for optimal positioning and improved collision safety.
• 8-position tool magazine fixed to the centre of the bed with integrated tool length measuring system; optional second magazine to manage up to 16 tools.
• Full covering and safety side tunnels for long-bar machining.
• Moving-column concept offering high work rates with a relatively compact footprint and ergonomic loading/unloading.
