OverviewThe P107 is a CNC machining centre with 4 controlled axes, designed for milling, drilling, tapping and end machining on profiles and bars. It is suitable for aluminium, PVC, light alloys and steel up to 2 mm thickness. Modular by design to adapt to specific production requirements.
Spindle & MachiningThe machine is equipped with a 5 kW (S1) electrospindle with HSK-F50 attachment, enabling machining on the profile at any angle from 0° to 180°.
Clamping & Workpiece HandlingClamping is provided by four space-saving clamps that allow machining on three faces and loading of relatively short workpieces. Maximum clamp cross-section accepts profiles up to 225 mm base × 260 mm height. Clamps are positioned via a mobile carriage along the X axis for precise placement and collision safety. An optional independent clamp-positioning system is available to increase productivity.
Tooling, Protection & ErgonomicsThe P107 features full machine covering and a dynamic 8-position tool magazine located on the work area for fast pick-up from any point. The moving-column concept achieves high processing rates with a relatively compact footprint and provides ergonomic access for loading and unloading workpieces.
