Overview
FC 2000 is a CNC machining and automatic screwing line composed of a profile loading magazine, a central multi-spindle ring module and an unloading magazine.

Production cycle and work phases
The machine's production cycle performs all work phases — screwing, drilling and milling — in sequence. The profile is moved by a motorized gripper, adjustable in width and height, which clamps the profile and brings it to the work area.

Screwing and milling units
The screwing unit is mounted on the loading table in a fixed position and is height-adjusted by a dedicated motor. Optionally, two additional screwing units can be added (up to 3 total) to improve cycle time. A 4-axis CNC milling module with eight electro-spindles enables full-contour machining of the workpiece regardless of its orientation.

Capacity, dimensions and environment
The loading magazine capacity is 7 bars. The machinable section is 140 mm (W) x 140 mm (H). Profile lengths range from 300 mm to 4000 mm. The working unit includes a soundproof cabin in the central operating area to protect the operator and reduce noise impact. FC 2000 is interfaced with Pertici's 3D CAD-CAM software and prepared for third-party application connections.
