Industrial ATEX dust collector for capturing very fine dusts. Z22 – ZFREV420K07 is an ATEX Zone 22 industrial dust collector, specially designed for the recovery of fine, light, and airborne dust particles. Compact and mobile, it ensures continuous and safe suction in environments at risk of dust explosion. Its three-phase centrifugal fan delivers a power of 0.75 kW, allowing a maximum air flow of 1,000 m³/h and a vacuum of 180 mmH₂O, ensuring efficient extraction of airborne particles. The filtration is based on a double safety barrier: - Antistatic polyester pocket filter M (20,000 cm², Ø 420 mm), compliant with IEC 60335-2-69, - HEPA H14 absolute filter, with an efficiency of 99.995% according to the MPPS method. A manual cleaning system with a handle maintains filter performance over time, while preventing the dispersion of harmful dust into the environment. The 45-liter tank, mounted on wheels, facilitates emptying and makes the device particularly maneuverable. The robust epoxy-painted steel structure ensures long life and intensive use.
