Overview
The ZEFIROCUBE20 K2PN Z22 is a high-flow industrial dust collector designed for extraction of fine, light dust in ATEX environments (Zone 22). It provides safe, continuous operation for demanding industrial applications such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, welding fume capture and manufacturing workshops.

Motor unit and performance
Three-phase motor-fan unit rated 2.2 kW delivering high airflow (up to 2,500 m³/h) and a maximum static pressure of 210 mmH₂O. Motor protected to IP65 for secure continuous use.

Filtration and cleaning
The filtration system features two antistatic polyester cartridge filters with Teflon treatment to reduce particle adhesion. Total filter area: 200,000 cm². Automated reverse-flow pneumatic pulse cleaning operates in alternation. A downstream HEPA H14 absolute filter captures 99.995% of particles down to 0.18 µm for optimal air quality.

Construction and handling
Epoxy-painted steel construction for mechanical resistance and durability. Detachable 90 L hopper for quick, hygienic emptying. Forklift pockets facilitate on-site mobility. Option available for an articulated extraction arm for point-source capture.
