Active humidification for stable culture conditionsThe Active Humidification System combines heater-assisted vapor generation with natural evaporation to maintain humidity at 95% ±5%. This approach accelerates humidity recovery after door openings and reduces medium evaporation, minimizing edge effects in applications such as organoid culture, stem cell work and low-volume assays.
Flexible humidity control modes- Active Humidity Mode — maintains 80–90% RH using heater-assisted evaporation without water in the humidifying tray to reduce condensation when analytical devices are used inside the chamber.
- High Humidity Mode — combines active humidification with natural evaporation from the tray to achieve ≥90% RH for applications requiring maximum humidity.
Advanced contamination preventionThe incubator integrates multiple contamination-control features to protect cultures and simplify laboratory workflows:
- inCu-saFe interior — copper-enriched stainless steel interior for continuous antimicrobial effect.
- SafeCell UV-LED — continuous UV-LED air and water decontamination without affecting cultures.
- Rapid H₂O₂ decontamination — vaporized hydrogen peroxide combined with UV-LED for chamber sterilization in under three hours.
Precise environmental controlThe Direct Heat & Air Jacket (DHA) system ensures uniform temperature distribution and rapid recovery. Dual IR CO₂ sensors with PID control provide accurate CO₂ regulation and fast stabilization without overshoot. User interface and monitoring are provided via a WVGA full-color 7-inch LCD touchscreen.
