The QSP® direct layup 1300 allows you to produce multi-layer 2D+ preforms by combining cutting and patch positioning, thus optimizing the manufacturing process.

Input materials
The QSP direct layup 1300 can produce preforms from organo sheets or from multi-layer thermoplastic tapes (all thermoplastic resins are accepted), based on glass fibers or carbon fibers.
Thanks to the cutting units and automated laying system, the patches are cut, placed and welded to form a 2D+ multi-layer preform.
