Description

PINETTE PEI has designed a complete range of standard laboratory presses, the LAB series. These laboratory presses are used for thermoforming rubbers, plastics and composites via consolidation, stamping or RTM resin transfer molding processes. HIGH-TEMPERATURE LABORATORY PRESSES: THE STANDARD LAB SERIES To equip laboratories or very small production units, we have launched a new range of laboratory presses. The range enables investment to be tailored to the customer’s specific needs. These forming machines with adjustable strokes are equipped with heating and cooling platens, and depending on the range chosen, the press can work at 250, 350 or 450°C (482, 662 or 842°F). In order to cover all the needs associated with development activities, this laboratory equipment enables work to be carried out at very low effort, and supervision can be added if required (optional). Although LAB presses are standard machines, the space between platens can be adapted to suit your needs. The press can be customized by adding hydraulic transfer cylinders, force sensors or even an infra-red oven for material preheating.
