It then continues on to the multi-platens storage rack. During this journey, the tooling is closed with a lid, either manually or via a manipulator or automatic pick & place system. Once closed, the tooling is placed in the storage rack using an automatic loading system. When the rack is full, it is quickly transferred to the multi-plateens Curing press. The automatic unloading system, the second storage rack and the automatic quick-change system between racks further optimize the productivity of this production line.
