Description

Biaxial cradle-free drive bogie mod. 68-7072 is intended for rolling under the electric train cars operating on the railways of 1520 mm gauge with a design speed of 160 - 200 km/h. The bogie is equipped: - wheel sets with axle boxes and wheel brake disks; - coil springs of axle box (primary) spring suspension; - pneumatic springs of the central (secondary) spring suspension; - hydraulic vibration dampers (6 vertical, 2 horizontal, 2 from wobble); - disc brake; - torsion device; - drives (electric motor, gearbox, coupling joints); - an electronic system including sensors of the anti-union device, a heating control system for axle boxes and sensors of the КЛУБ-У system; - wheel flange lubrication system; - sand feed system in the zone of contact of the wheel with the rail.
