The UB3 S rotating tank cleaning nozzle is a 3-A 78-03 certified cleaning device, compliant with U.S. regulations governing the design and manufacturing of equipment intended for food contact. UB3 S nozzles feature low-speed rotation and are made of stainless steel AISI 316L EN 1.4404. The nozzle is suitable for use with products commonly employed in CIP processes and compatible with AISI 316L stainless steel. However, it must not be used with fluids or substances that could be aggressive toward AISI 316L stainless steel. The primary application of the UB3 S is cleaning small to medium-sized tanks in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries. This intended use and compliance with 3-A standards results in two key features of the UB3 S: easy assembly and disassembly and self-cleaning of internal components.
