A legendary performer, the CashinEDGE® Institutional Bacon Slicing System provides slicing reliability and flexibility at speeds up to 2,000 rpm. Its continuous feed slicing system promises the highest yields and throughput available. Processors of institutional products will find it is ideally suited for producing portion-controlled layer packs. Slice counts, available in bulk or layout format, are fully adjustable from 1 to 199 slices with precise slice thickness control.
