OverviewLead-lined automatic sliding doors are engineered for medical radiology areas to provide certified radiation shielding, hygiene and controlled airtightness when required. Standard lead thickness options for the leaf are 2 mm or 3 mm; constructions can use a lead layer on each face (for example 1 mm per side) depending on project requirements.
Main features- Radiation shielding for X-ray and radiology rooms
- Configurable as hermetic (airtight) or non-hermetic installations
- Optional vision panel with leaded glass and integrated camera
- Visible finishes in HPL or stainless steel for hygiene and durability
- Compatibility with automatic operators such as Visio+ series
Construction and materialsLeaves are manufactured with an aluminium frame and high-density polyisocyanurate (PIR) core. Lead sheeting is integrated into the panel. Visible surfaces are supplied in HPL (specific finishes/colours) or stainless steel.
Standards and complianceDesigned and manufactured to meet the requirements for automatic doors in controlled medical environments (UNE 85170) and relevant local regulations for radiation shielding and hygiene.
ApplicationsThese doors are intended for X-ray rooms, radiology suites and other controlled medical areas requiring radiation protection, hygiene control and optional airtightness.
