Description
The AnySCAN VINYL UXD, introduced to the Vinyl series in 2022, pairs two high-resolution cameras with an advanced 3D sensor to deliver flexible, high-quality data capture. Users can select between four operating modes to define camera count and resolution, enabling either full high-resolution scans or reduced datasets for faster workflows.

UX module and user interaction
The UX module integrates two additional cameras and a projector to enhance the user experience. Icons are projected onto the system plate and can be activated by hand gestures, allowing workflow selection and scan start with minimal PC interaction.

Scanning workflow and AI alignment
Scan sequences are fully configurable (upper jaw, lower jaw, articulator or other objects). Interior-space monitoring uses AI-controlled Z-axis positioning to automatically align objects in height, ensuring optimal scan results.
