Description
The PDNS-2 is an advanced pneumatic upholstery press with an automatic drawstring knot-tying system. After pressing the seat, the operator loops the drawstring around the retractable fingers. The drawstring mechanism operates step-by-step: each press of the foot pedal advances the system to the next stage (fingers forward → pullers inward, clamping and pulling → fingers back, pushers forward, release). This sequence reduces cycle time and eliminates the need to staple the string to the seat.
