Description

Description
  • The OT-1/RH manual end cutter is designed for trimming and end-cutting of thicker layers of light materials (up to 80 mm) such as quilted fabrics, insulation, polyester wadding, mattress covers and foam.
  • High-torque knife motor and a 125 mm blade (1500 RPM) provide effective cutting of bulky materials and multi-layer stacks.


Applications & integration
  • Can be mounted as an additional unit on cutting tables or fabric inspection machines to increase trimming accuracy and productivity.
  • The work table is supplied separately for individual or custom orders.


Operation
  • Manual cutting mode: operator activates the button on the cutter handle and moves the knife head along the track using the foldable or short handle.
  • Folding handle supports standard width up to 2000 mm; short handle allows maximum cutting width up to 3000 mm.
