Overview
  • Door track protection designed to cover door tracks, side frames and nearby components on new and existing industrial doors.
  • Stationary wrap-around steel profiles deliver frontal and lateral impact deflection for multiple door series (High Speed Doors, Sectional Doors, FasTrax Power Doors, Split-Second Bi Roll Power Doors).


Warden PR
  • Designed for High Speed Doors.
  • Stationary wrap-around profile with 1/4" double-wall steel impact zone.
  • Rated to withstand impact from a 10,000 lb (≈4,536 kg) fork truck at 3–4 mph (≈4.8–6.4 km/h).
  • 3" (≈76 mm) clearance for photo-eyes.
  • Mounting: 5/8" steel mounting foot plate drilled for six anchors; wall flange drilled for four 1/2" anchors.
  • Projection: 13-1/2" (≈343 mm) from wall; Height: 40" (≈1,016 mm) typical.


Warden TR
  • Designed specifically for sectional industrial doors.
  • 7-gauge steel construction in impact areas.
  • Rated to withstand impact from a 10,000 lb (≈4,536 kg) fork truck at 3–4 mph (≈4.8–6.4 km/h).
  • Mounting: 1/4" foot plate drilled for three 1/2" anchors; wall flange drilled for four 3/8" anchors.
  • Projection: 7" (≈178 mm) from wall.
  • Available in 30" and 48" high sections.
  • Optional 2" pre-drilled steel wall blockout.


Warden SS
  • Designed for Split-Second Bi Roll Power Doors.
  • Stationary wrap-around profile with 1/4" double-wall steel impact zone.
  • Rated to withstand impact from a 10,000 lb (≈4,536 kg) fork truck at 3–4 mph (≈4.8–6.4 km/h).
  • 3" (≈76 mm) clearance for photo-eyes.
  • Mounting: 5/8" steel mounting foot plate drilled for six 3/4" anchors; wall flange drilled for four 1/2" anchors.
  • Projection: 19" (≈483 mm) from wall; Height: 40" (≈1,016 mm) typical.


Warden FT
  • Designed for FasTrax Power Doors.
  • 7-gauge steel construction where specified.
  • Rated to withstand impact from a 10,000 lb (≈4,536 kg) fork truck at 3–4 mph (≈4.8–6.4 km/h).
  • Mounting: 1/4" steel mounting foot plate drilled for three 1/2" anchors; wall flange drilled for five 1/2" anchors.
  • Features side holes for access to side frames and includes Kicker Guard on selected heights.
  • Projection and height: projection examples and maximum protection up to 60" (≈1,524 mm) on FT variants; selected parts protect belt tensioner guide 4-1/2" (≈114 mm) high.
  • Some FT components use 1/4" steel drilled for two 1/2" Powers Rawl® Power-Bolt® anchors for specific mounting.


Applications & Benefits
  • Protects door tracks, side frames and adjacent components from impact and wear in loading docks, distribution centres and high-traffic industrial environments.
  • Wrap-around design diverts frontal and side impacts that conventional bollards may not prevent.
