Safety
The GuardRite Flex helps facilities meet OSHA Walking-Working Surfaces and Fall Protection standards. It creates access points without compromising safety, manages light-duty vehicle traffic for worker protection, and provides high visibility with yellow PVC rails suited for harsh industrial environments.

Design & Performance
The GuardRite Flex Safety Barrier is designed to stop up to 5,000 lbs (2,273 kg). While not intended as a lift truck impact barrier, the rails will absorb minor impacts from carts without damage and will return to their original shape with little or no damage after incidental impacts.

This barrier system is appropriate for installations where pedestrian traffic needs to be separated or protected, including:

Modular high-visibility fixed barrier system that is easy to install and can be configured in a variety of ways. Rails are extruded yellow PVC; columns are powder-coated steel. Options and mounting methods allow adaptation to many facility layouts.

Specifications

• 7" high x 3" wide x 9'6" long extruded yellow PVC rails (180 mm x 75 mm x 2,900 mm)
• 43" tall x 5" diameter black powder coat 11-gauge steel columns with an 8" x 8" x 1/4" steel base plate (1,090 mm x 125 mm dia.; 200 mm x 200 mm x 6 mm base plate)
• Three self-tapping screws per support for mounting at any position on the post
• Optional 43" (1,090 mm) full-height rail support brackets with six self-tapping screws
• Posts can be common-membered with Safe-T-Gate Vertical
• Designed to stop up to 5,000 lbs (2,273 kg) (not intended as a lift truck impact barrier)
