Typical noise power density down to −110 dBm/Hz and harmonic levels around −25 dBc ensure low adjacent channel leakage and good transfer characteristics.
Tunable amplifierSoftware option R&S®BBA300-PK1 enables tuning the operating point between class A and class AB to optimize linearity, pulse reproduction or maximum RF output power and to increase mismatch tolerance.
High availabilityRF design and protection concepts enable reliable continuous operation under mismatched loads (tolerance up to VSWR 6:1). Periodic bias current adjustment compensates component aging/drift to increase lifetime and reduce downtime.
Flexible, configurableCompact modular 19" plug‑in units allow scalable rack integration. Frequency range and power can be configured and extended; switching options enable combining amplifiers and grouping bands into multiband systems.
Smart controlModern software platform with role‑based GUI. Standard Ethernet interface with SCPI remote‑control; SNMP optional. Option keys enable frequency extension, high power mode, operation‑point adjustment and other licensed functions.
