OverviewCML linear output compact modulating actuators are an all-electric solution for control valve and pump applications. They provide exact position control and continuous modulation with repeatable accuracy up to 0.1%. Units are certified explosionproof to international standards and available with optional integral local controls and an optional Reserve Power Pack for fail-to-position functionality.
Features- Linear output drive with up to 20,017 N (4,500 lbf) seating thrust
- Accurate and repeatable position control via 4–20 mA signal with up to 0.1% accuracy
- Explosionproof construction certified to international standards
- Adjustable speed control and manual override standard
- Electronic thrust limiting and two adjustable position switches
- Brushless DC motor for continuous modulation capability
- Encoder contactless feedback for reliable position sensing
- Permanently lubricated, maintenance-free drive train
