Application / Description
HV-safe temperature measurement in high-voltage environments. Suitable for battery systems and HV power electronics where isolated sensor wiring and documented HV testing are required.

Additional information
HV test certificate issued with batch number for full traceability. Optional: testing and repair of sensors in service on request. SAB marking: part number and batch number.

Designation: HV measurement cable – 1 x 8 cores. Insulation: FEP according to DIN 47100 1-8 (conductor Ø 0.45 mm). Outer jacket: PUR. Stranding: layer-optimized. Outer diameter: approx. 4.6 mm. Voltage rating: 1000 V AC over orange inner jacket. Temperature range: static: -40°C / +150°C; flexing: -40°C / +150°C.

Sensor
Sensor type: 2 x PT100. Accuracy class: Class A. Wiring: 4-wire. Measurement point: embedded in PI-film adhesive pad. Sensor geometries (examples): 2.3 mm x 2.0 mm x 0.47 mm (suitable for pouch cells) or 3.0 mm x 0.80 mm x 0.60 mm. Single-channel temperature range: -30°C to +180°C.

Connector
Lemo / Redel connector: with orange strain-relief sleeve and black protective cap, 8-pin, Code C. 1000 V AC rated – IP67 when mated.

Tests
Cable test: conductor-to-conductor 2500 V AC – 5 min over orange bundle jacket; 5000 V AC – 5 min – in accordance with EN 50264-2-1. Sensor test: 100% inspection at the assembled connector according to measuring-equipment standard 61010-1 and VDE specifications in an in-house test bath (test rig approved by VDE). External touch protection check – 3000 V/1 min AC.
