Description

Application / Description
HV-safe acceleration measurement cable for use with IEPE accelerometers and measurement modules (e.g. CSM HV IEPE3 FL100). Designed for triaxial sensor connection and high-voltage environments.

Issuance of an HV test certificate referencing the batch number to ensure full traceability. Optional: inspection and repair of already installed sensors on request.

Connectors
Lemo / Redel connector: with orange strain-relief sleeve and black protective cap, 8‑pin, Code C. 1000 V AC voltage withstand – IP67 when mated.

Tests
Cable tests: Conductor-to-conductor – 600 V AC – 1 min – per IEC 60584-1 over the second inner jacket in a water bath; 5000 V AC – 5 min – in accordance with EN 50264-2-1.
Product test: Individual check on the assembled connector in accordance with instrument standard IEC 61010-1 and applicable VDE specifications in an in-house test bath (test setup approved by VDE). Verification of touch safety to the outside – 3000 V AC / 1 min.
