HM Sheet deburring machine model ZA 250 has a unique design, which ensures effective, safe and clean edge deburring of most ferrous and nonferrous materials utilising two abrasive flap wheels. The motors rotate in opposite directions, and being independent of each other, can either debur one or both edges at the same time. In addition the top cover of the machine can be opened to grind or finish flat surfaces. Efficient deburring of sheet or plate up to 10 mm thickness, in most metals, including; mild steel, aluminium, stainless steel, copper, and brass can be accommodated. The machine is manufactured in accordance with the EC-machine directive, and it has a low noise level at the place of operation. The ZA 250 Sheet Deburrer comes complete with two 60Grit flap wheels and a base. A separately powered dust extractor with a special mounting plate can be supplied as optional equipment.
