The HM model ZP 45 Tube deburrer can remove burrs from both the inside and outside of tubes in one operation, thereby reducing deburring work-time significantly. The rotary wire brush is mounted directly onto a two-speed motor. The ZP 45 ensures perfect deburring every time of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The machine is provided with supports for both round and square tubes, and an adjustable eye shield. The machine comes complete with a 0.5mm wire wheel and base. The machine is manufactured in accordance with the EC-machine directive, and a separately powered dust extractor with a special mounting plate can be supplied as optional equipment.
