The DSM Deburring & Finishing Machines are abrasive belt sanders for grinding of metal surfaces after for example laser cutting. Model DSM is available with either a grinding width of 650mm or 1100mm and for parts up to 130mm thickness. The thickness of the material is easy adjusted from the front of the machine with digital readout. The wide grinding belt is controlled by a pneumatic system which ensure the right tension and alignment of the belt. The parts are transported through the machine by a special conveyor belt with a super grip profile. The feeding speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted from 2-10 m/sec.
