Overview
The RAVO R2 is a compact municipal street sweeper designed for urban environments. It combines a 2 m³ stainless-steel hopper with a dedicated hydraulic suction system and a patented Push/Pull (PPS) rotary cylinder brush to provide efficient debris collection and extended working reach. Available with petrol and diesel engine options and several operator-focused features.

Environmental responsibility & operating modes
Three preset operating modes: Standard, EcoMode and BoostMode. EcoMode covers most routine sweeping tasks and can provide up to 50% fuel savings compared with intensive mode, while reducing noise and extending component life. The machine achieves 4 stars in the EUnited PM2.5/10 test. A recycled waste-water system reduces fresh water consumption by collecting and re-injecting used water into the suction nozzle.

Maneuverability
Extra-compact dimensions with a short rear overhang, selectable 2- or 4-wheel steering in sweeping mode, optimised turning radius and Auto‑Steer function that realigns the rear axle in transit mode for efficient movement between work sites.

On-board comfort & safety

• Standard automatic air conditioning and foot-level heating.
• Suspended driver and passenger seats with multiple adjustments and 3-point seatbelts; passenger foot rest.
• MP3/SD/USB Bluetooth radio with hands-free kit; 12V socket and dedicated smartphone compartment.

Sweeping performance
The PPS rotary cylinder brush system increases sweeping reach and functionality. The chassis includes a large-capacity stainless-steel hopper, reinforced frame and resized rear axle. The hydraulic system, reinforced suction nozzle and large-diameter high-resistance direct suction pipe deliver high suction power for effective debris intake.

Adaptability and options
With the standard front arrangement the RAVO R2 can be configured as a 3-brush sweeper, mechanical weeder, brushing/scouring unit, street washer or snow removal machine. Available accessories include a third brush, washing kit with high-pressure pump and automatic hose reel, 200-litre salt spreader, rotating snow brush and hydraulic snow blade.
