User-friendly shaft encoder for precise detection of water level fluctuations with a float and counterweight
Measuring range: 0-15 m with a ball chain or 0-100 m with float rope
Measuring accuracy: 2.5 mm (depending on the size of the float)
3-line display of the current measured values
Output signals: RS485 (SHWP), SDI-12, MODBUS, 0/4-20 mA
Internal 9V back-up battery
Optionally with integrated data logger: UniLog Light ENC
Precise and drift-free:
The ball chain and the float pulley ensure slippage-free operation even during rapid changes in water level. The float/counterweight principle is not affected by sensor drift. Therefore, even after many years of operation, LevelSense measures as reliably and accurately as on the first day.
Plug-and-play:
LevelSense can easily be connected to external data loggers and controllers (PLCs). The choices are either analog (0/4-20 mA) or digital output signals (SHWP, MODBUS, SDI12).
User-friendly:
By turning the float wheel, the user can adjust or correct LevelSense easily using the LCD without any notebook or tablet. Moreover, the three function keys can be used to display all relevant information.
Last but not least:
In the variant Unilog-Light-ENC the shaft encoder is additionally equipped with an integrated, high-performance data logger for storage of measurement values.
