The SGM70xx mass flow meter is a microthermal gas flow module and enables gas consumption to be reliably monitored in real-time. For several years, it has proven its mettle in the field in Germany and Italy, where over 100'000 sensors have been integrated in microthermal gas meters. Its advantages make it the epitome of smart energy. The SGM70xx is available for G1.6, G2.5, G4 und G6 natural gas meters. It boasts impressive reliability, long-term stability, dust and dirt resistance and a compact design that enables easy integration in gas meters. The mass flow meter is digital, temperature compensated and pressure independent. It is also fully calibrated for air and natural gas and has a standard connection and I2C interface. The SGM70xx features GWI-tested software and hardware to compensate for the various gas mixtures. Natural gas meters with an integrated Sensirion gas meter module can obtain European NMI certification.
