Features and capabilities
Electronic Line Shaft (ELS) drive with independent servo motors per unit ensures accurate color-to-color registration. Web tension control to ±0.3 kg maintains stable handling across thin tipping papers and heavy boards. Adjustable drying system supports solvent-based and water-based inks with controlled airflow and temperature. Inline real-time defect detection identifies streaks, color drift and hazing to reduce waste.

Manufacturing, QA and Support
Produced in a vertically integrated facility with over 50 machining centers and an assembly workshop of approximately 30,000 m². Annual output of around 220 machines. Quality checks include high-speed strobe registration tests, rub-resistance testing for metallic inks and barcode grading for traceability. R&D and engineering teams provide installation, operator training, spare parts and after-sales technical assistance.
