It is mainly used to monitor the liquid level of the storage tank, realize the upper and lower limit alarm or monitor whether there is medium in the pipeline (dry state protection). It can be applied to the liquid level process control of medicine, petroleum, chemical industry, power, food and other industries. Operating Principle The sonar pulse generated by the sensor (probe) of the Non-intrusive level switch can pass through the container wall. This pulse will propagate in the container wall and liquid, and will be reflected back. Through the detection and calculation of this reflection characteristic, we can judge whether there is liquid in the container at the monitoring point. At the same time, the non-intrusive level switch can output relay signals to the later stage electrical appliances or other equipment, so as to realize the monitoring or control of liquid level. Applications The sonar pulse of the non-intrusive ultrasonic level switch can pass through the tank wall, the pulse propagate in tank wall and liquid, then be reflected.After detect and calculate about the reflective,it can show whether there is the liquid or not.It also can send the signal to other equipment to detect or control the liquid level.
