The UV Piezo Inkjet KY108-Joint is a high-end industrial printing device employing up-to-date Kyocera KJ4A-RH printhead technology. A sophisticated printing system, equipped to operate between 70 and 200m/min, will afford a 200-600 DPI resolution for whatever must be printed onto paper or cardboard. This printer has a flexible printing width of 108mm*N and works with subjects requiring monochrome printing with UV and water-based inks adhering to SGS standards. It is hence furnished with advanced piezoelectric actuators that function for ultra-high-speed printing under unique Fine Ceramics technologies by Kyocera. With a large monolithic piezoelectric actuator, extremely thin ceramic substrates are employed to assure the uniformity of imaging quality and sharp detail. The printer’s tough design features stainless steel lamination for the ink flow channels, which provides excellent resistance to chemicals and long-lasting durability in extended performances in the field. However, a 2000ml capacity ink tank, a water cooling system, and compatibility with diverse printing media such as silk, paper, PE, PVC, OPP, BOPP, and metal surfaces are some worthy characteristics.
