The UV Piezo Inkjet G5-Joint is an industrial-grade high-performance printing solution for the positive food traceability codes, wide labeling, and thin films. Collected power by Ricoh Gen5 MH5420 printhead technology, great printing capabilities are given with a speed of 70-160 m/min at a resolution of 200-600 DPI. The printer comprises 1,280 nozzles, in a configurable manner in 4 x 150 DPI row-wise for high-precision output with wonderful grayscale rendering. This multi-carrier system allows printing on silk, paper, PE, PVC, OPP, BOPP, and metal. It has a powerful water cooling system and 400W of UVLED power for performance continuity and reliability. The printer is compatible with both UV and water-based inks, which are SGS-certified, with grumbles loading in a wider 2000ml ink tank.
