OverviewThe DTS CAN2.0 A/B is a digital dynamic tilt sensor from Ruiguan/Ruicom Technology based on advanced MEMS. It provides real-time attitude measurement (roll, pitch, azimuth) for moving platforms and is engineered for high-dynamic and high-vibration industrial environments. The device integrates a multi-axis IMU and adaptive filtering to deliver direct digital attitude output with fast response and industrial connectivity.
Core features- Multi-axis inertial measurement unit combining a three-axis accelerometer and three-axis gyroscope with an adaptive Kalman filter for real-time attitude computation under motion.
- Dynamic compensation using high-resolution AD conversion and a six-axis IMU to correct nonlinear errors, axis coupling, temperature drift, and rotational centrifugal interference.
- Industrial-grade robustness: operating temperature -40°C to +85°C, shock resistance 100g (11ms, triaxial half-sine), vibration tolerance 10grms (10–1000Hz), and EMC per EN61000/GBT17626.
- Dual CAN bus architecture supporting CAN2.0A and CAN2.0B for compatibility and multi-node networking in automation systems.
- Dual-mode output (static and dynamic) to balance high static stability and rapid dynamic responsiveness.
Technical advantages- Non-contact digital measurement with no mechanical calibration required; simplifies installation and maintenance.
- Dual CAN redundancy and standard protocols for seamless integration into industrial control, AGV, marine and aerospace systems.
- Adaptable to complex applications: machine leveling for construction equipment, AGV navigation, ship attitude control, aerospace attitude sensing, and other high-precision industrial uses.
