This fully automatic roll-to-roll screen printing machine integrates printing and UV curing, supports automatic feeding and accurate registration for multi-pass printing, and offers simple operation via computer control and an HMI touchscreen. Key features include:

• Adjustable printing speed and print length; automatic counting with stop at preset quantity or material run-out
• Automatic feeding with CNC tracking and micro-adjustment of screen position (front/back/left/right) for precise registration and repeated overprinting
• Squeegee driven by a high-performance servo motor system for precise positioning
• Imported pneumatic components and cylinders
• CNC paper-feed servo motor system for accurate overprint registration, stable feeding and long service life
• Special ultra-low temperature UV curing design to prevent deformation of heat-sensitive papers/films and to maintain registration accuracy during secondary printing
