Description
Overview
Fully automatic roll-to-roll screen printing machine family designed for high-speed, repeatable registration on coiled or flat roll substrates. Suitable for labels, stickers and a wide range of industrial rolled materials. Optional UV curing and hot-air drying ovens.
Features & Advantages
Automatic roll-to-roll feed with repeatable color registration; typical production rate 1,200–5,000 impressions/hour depending on model and print size; single-operator capability.
Automatic constant-speed take-up oven with material dried along an oven path (options: standard lengths and 60–80 m circulation available); compact footprint compared with tunnel ovens.
Optional modules: punching, static elimination, film peeling/lamination, suction roller and other auxiliary devices.
Double-sided registration-mark tracking and optional double-sided printing using platform-mounted registration sensors.
Application Range
Screen printing on flat roll/coiled substrates: PET, PVC, OPP transfer films, pressure-sensitive labels, LED strips, underfloor heating films, decorative paper, FPC/PCB flex circuits, mobile phone keypads, 3M adhesive tapes, membrane switches, conductive films, adhesive labels, stainless steel foil, aluminum foil, copper foil and other rolled materials.
Warranty & Support
Supplier provides equipment installation, commissioning and operator training. One-year free warranty from commissioning date; lifetime technical support. Free repair during warranty period; wear parts charged at cost. Long-term service available.
Unwinder Features
Automatic feeding with static elimination. Maximum unwind/rewind diameter: 500 mm (customizable). Panasonic inverter control with adjustable speed 0–600 rpm. Photoelectric control to protect substrate surface; automatic film peeling and auto-stop on material end.
Main Machine Features
HMI touchscreen operation and PLC control for stable operation in industrial environments. Multi-color printing with photoelectric eye tracking; Panasonic PLC + LX101 registration sensor for automatic registration and stop on abnormalities.
Supports fixed-length, step, full-plate and sheet printing. Adjustable screen position, printing pressure, squeegee speed and screen-frame height. Programmable print speed and count with automatic stop and alarms at set values or on material run-out.
Built-in dust removal and three-stage suction (strong/weak/off) with intermittent suction and reverse air blow. Auxiliary inspection light, adjustable squeegee/flood blade angles, double-sided squeegee, CNC servo motors for segmented speed control and digitally set stroke. Suction-tension design prevents scratches and maintains constant tension. Automatic screen separation and touchscreen-controlled head lift; machine on casters for mobility.
Oven Features
Circulating hot-air drying with adjustable temperature and automatic take-up; thermal insulation for energy saving. Compact internal circulation path (~9 loops); standard drying length ~60 m (80 m available) enabling low-temperature drying to reduce shrinkage and deformation, beneficial for multi-color processes. Oven includes inspection light and movable casters.
UV Curing Unit (Optional)
Dual UV lamps (peak ~365 nm) using metal halide/high-pressure lamps suitable for thick or hard-to-cure UV inks. Instant surface curing in one pass; adjustable lamp height/angle and side-lamp distance. Dust-filtered intake, circulating cooling, leveling mechanism for uniform curing, stainless-steel mesh conveyor and energy-efficient power design.
Substrate thickness: 0.02–0.58 mm. Min print step: 5 mm. Main voltage: 380 V. Main power: typically 2.5–3.2 kW depending on model. Working air pressure: 4–8 kg/cm². Registration accuracy: ±0.05–0.15 mm depending on model.
Main machine sizes and oven power vary by model (see model-specific values); oven temperature range: room temperature to 175 °C; standard drying length: 60 m (80 m optional); max unwind/rewind diameter: 500 mm; unwinder voltage typically 220 V; unwinder power 0.3–0.5 kW.
