Hydraulic workshop press suitable for various processes, including straightening sheet metal, assembling and dismantling bearings, bolts, washers, and for carrying out molding or material deformation work.

The press frame is made of fully welded milled steel, allowing the machine to absorb even the highest pressures. The PSS-NC hydraulic press is suitable for intensive use in maintenance and repair workshops or industrial plants.

The large front opening allows easy placement of long or wide pieces. The work surface of the PSS-NC hydraulic workshop press is hollow, allowing material to be processed at height. The work support surface is available as optional equipment.

The PSS-NC press has a 350 mm piston stroke and is equipped with a two-speed control unit operating at less than 29 mm/sec. It is operated by simultaneously using the lever and the button, as required by current CE safety regulations for presses with a piston descent speed exceeding 10 mm/sec. The lifting of the work platform occurs via a chain connected to the hydraulic cylinder, and the blocking of the work surface is carried out using steel tubes, eliminating unwanted movements.

The PSS-NC hydraulic workshop press is also supplied with a transverse movement mobile cylinder with manual control. This function allows you to move the cylinder laterally and lower it to the exact point of the sheet metal you want to work on, without moving the metal piece. The basic version requires the piston to be moved manually using a handle, with the desired position locked using a knob on a metal grid. Optionally, the cylinder can be moved transversally using a handwheel, with the flange sliding along a rack and stoppable at any point, making piston movement easier and more precise.

The PSS-NC electro-hydraulic press is available as standard from 20 to 150 tons.
