How does it work?
There are lots of matrix install in ring. First start energizing, then start ring motor, start vibrating motor. Ring turn as clockwise, materials feed from feed box, under the action of vibrating motor, dry material pass the cracks of upper magnetic yoke, then go to separate area, the ring will vibrate under the action of ring vibrating motor, and also continuously rotate. Inside the ring of matrix is magnetized in magnetic field, surface of matrix will produce high gradient magnetic field, then dry magnetic particles will be absorbed on the surface of matrix, along with the ring rotation will be taken to top of non-magnetic field area, under action of ring vibrating motor, the magnetic particles will drop out of matrix, go to magnetic product collect box, non-magnetic particles will pass through under the action of vibrating motor, then pass the cracks of lower magnetic yoke, to non-magnetic collect box.
