Product Description:
The RCDD series self-unloading electromagnetic separator is an electromagnetic iron removal machine developed by SLon based on years of experience in the research and development of magnetic separation equipment. It adopts new thermally conductive and insulating materials, which has a unique magnetic core structure and magnetic circuit design. It’s suitable for conveying and removing iron in various precious metal, heavy metal, light metal, and rare metal industries, which is recommended for use in harsh environments.

Product Features:

• Compact structure, easy maintenance, automatic belt alignment, unique magnetic system, excellent cooling, low temperature rise, low noise, and simple operation.
• Can achieve centralized control and continuous iron suction and removal.

How it works:
When energized, the electromagnet generates a powerful magnetic field that penetrates the material layer passing beneath it. Magnetic particles are attracted upward from the material stream and held against the belt. Meanwhile, the belt rotates continuously, carrying the captured ferrous material sideways and out of the magnetic field zone. Once outside the effective magnetic area, the trapped iron automatically falls off due to gravity, achieving self-unloading without the need for manual intervention.
