Product description:
The SGTF dry LIMS is a low-intensity dry magnetic drum separator designed for pre-concentrating low-grade magnetic minerals, removing magnetic contaminants from non-metallic ores, dry tailings processing and purification of sulphuric acid slag and iron concentrate powders.

Design and operation:
The unit is composed of a rotating drum mechanism, supporting frame, gearbox and magnetic assembly. Material flows through the drum where semicircular magnetic poles generate a strong field that captures magnetic particles onto the drum surface. Captured particles are conveyed to the non-magnetic zone and discharged into the concentrate outlet by gravity and centrifugal force, while non-magnetic material exits via the tailings outlet.
