Product Description
RCDB Disc Type Electromagnetic Iron Remover is an electromagnetic iron removal unit developed by SLon from long experience in magnetic separation equipment. It features a unique magnetic core and circuit design and uses thermally conductive, insulating materials. The RCDB family is intended for continuous iron removal on conveyor lines in heavy, light, precious and rare metal processing and for use in demanding environments.

How it works
When energized, the electromagnet produces a strong, uniform magnetic field that penetrates the material layer on the conveyor. Ferrous particles are lifted from the bulk material and adhere to the bottom face of the disc separator. The RCDB is a manual-clean design: captured ferrous material remains attached until the system is de‑energized for scheduled cleaning.

The product family also includes RCDB‑T medium and small series variants with multiple T1/T2/T3 configurations for base models RCDB‑6 through RCDB‑20. Variants provide different combinations of rated hoisting heights, excitation power limits and dimensional/weight values while maintaining natural cooling and typical magnetic intensity ≥70 mt.
